MEETINGS

Full Council meetings are usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7.00 p.m. There are no meetings in January and August.

Parishioners of Wadebridge are welcome to attend and there is a 15 minute public session at the begining of each meeting for them to speak.

The Town Council have five Sub-Committees and each have their own responsbilities:

  • Car Parks & Traffic  - managing and maintaining the Jubilee and Library Car Parks
  • Finance and General Purposes - managing the purse strings
  • Parks & Cemeteries - managing and maintaining leisure facilties, grass cutting and burial ground
  • Planning - helping to protect the environment
  • Town Hall - managing and maintaining our property
  • Communications - ensuring good communication with the residents of Wadebridge
  • Staffing - dealing with all staff issues.

The Committees meet once a month.
