Wadebridge Mayor & Mayoress, Cllr Ian Welch and Gill Welch were delighted to visit local parishioner Mary on her 100th birthday. They took a lovely bouquet for Mary and to mark such a wonderful and special birthday.
A small celebration was held at Mary’s home with friends and family popping in throughout the day including Mary’s only nephew Steve who is pictured here with the birthday girl herself and the Mayor.
Long time friend Gaynor undertook all of the arrangements and had contacted the town council to see if the Mayor could attend - Ian and Gill would like to thank her for this invitation giving them the opportunity to meet Mary – Gaynor is also pictured here with Mary and the Mayor.
