For all enquiries to do with hiring our park areas/green space, the Town Council must be approached with as much time as possible (we advise a minimum of 6 months notice). The request should be made via email to the Town Clerk ().
The request will then be considered at the next Full Council Meeting by Councillors.
Your enquiry must state as much detail as possible about the event itself, dates & times (including setup/taking down), whether the power cabinet is required (Jubilee Field only & fee applicable - further details on the power cabinet can be requested), whether parking spaces are required (fee applicable), rubbish & recycling plans, overnight plans etc.
