Requires an
Amenities Manager

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate who possesses excellent management and communication skills for the role of Amenities Manager.

This role will have responsibility for ensuring a high standard of service is met in the delivery of car parks, caretaking, cleaning, grounds maintenance, library and those public toilets which the Town Council is responsible for.

Full time, permanent post – 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a candidate who can:

  • Lead, manage, enable, motivate and develop staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organise and manage resources effectively.
  • Prioritise work, set targets and be proactive in the development of services.
  • Build relationships with partner organisations.
  • Use a variety of IT skills in the delivery of the role.

A full driving licence is also essential for this post.

Salary: SCP 17- 22 (£24,920-£27,514) in accordance with NJC pay scales

CASUAL VACANCIES FOR 7 TOWN COUNCILLORS

Applications are invited from residents or others appropriately qualified, to fill the SEVEN voluntary positions of Councillor to Wadebridge Town Council. 

Two vacancies exist in the Wadebridge East Ward while five vacancies exist in the Wadebridge West Ward.
