 Opening Hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 10:00am -12:30pm & 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Saturday: 10am – 12:30pm

From Tuesday 8th June 2021 Wadebridge Library Information Service will be able to offer a limited browsing service. We will however be operating in a slightly different way for the comfort and safety of customers and staff.

What to expect when you visit:

  • Please respect and maintain social distancing in the library, wear a face covering and sanitise hands when entering.
  • A maximum capacity of 6 customers will be able to browse the stock for 15 minutes – it is possible that you will have to queue outside at busy times so, if you can, please limit the number of family members visiting in a group.
  • No unaccompanied under 12s please.
  • Self Service – issue and return items via self service kiosks. Staff are available to assist with specific requirements.
  • Free WIFI
  • Unfortunately, at this stage, we will not be able to offer computer use, photocopying and scanning.
  • Payments for Cornwall Council services cannot be taken at this location.

Library hours will continue to be:

 10am -12.30 & 1.30 – 3.30pm, Tuesday to Friday and 10am – 12.30 Saturday

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of users and staff at all times. We all have a part to play to ensure that our library can remain open safely to serve our community. We are very much looking forward to seeing you back in the library and thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Cornwall Council library card holders can browse the library catalogue and reserve books online at the link below:

There will be limited numbers able to access the Library with additional cleaning measures and guidelines in place for social distancing.  There will be no access to public computers and payments cannot be made at this time.  Unfortunately browsing of books will not be possible.

The safety of our staff and customers is our priority.

Thank you
